Nicolas Herzog (PhD in law in 1999 from University of Zurich [summa cum laude], admitted to the Swiss bar in 2001, LL.M. from New York University School of Law 2004, MCIArb) is a partner of the Niedermann firm and focuses on commercial dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) in the cross-border context. He also regularly sits as arbitrator; past engagements include ICSID, ICC and Swiss Rules arbitrations.

Nicolas also regularly takes instructions to enforce foreign judgments and orders and to attach assets in Switzerland. He has represented clients from various industries in fraud, financial, corporate and joint venture disputes. He is fluent in English, French, German and conversant in Spanish.
